Applicant has read and agrees to the Standards of operation and rules of the N.A.E.B.
Applicant understands and is aware that any false information provided is grounds for immediate revocation of membership, withdrawal of all membership privileges without reimbursement. The N.A.E.B reserves the right to withdraw membership if information provided is false or a member has conducted him /herself in a manner deemed unprofessional to the standards, codes, and bylaws of this organization. Members in good standing agree that they must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions or unresolved complaints and must not have a criminal history. The member understands and acknowledges that his /her operation is completely the responsibility of his/herself and there is no liability or responsibility on this organization. The N.A.E.B makes no guarantee of efficacy of any mode of procedure or practice of breeding on the part of its members. The membership itself does not guarantee the efficacy or safe practice of any breeder. Treatments of canines are entirely within the control of the breeder and are not in any way supervised by the N.A.E.B . The member accepts that the content of this application will be viewed by individuals working for the N.A.E.B and he/she authorizes use of this information in a confidential and secure protected manner. N.A.E.B reserves the right to post or create a list of its members on its website, that will include organization or persons first and last name, City and Province, type of breeding operation, and contact information IE website, email, phone number.
If the N.A.E.B is contacted by an outside source to inquire if a breeder is a member in good standing , we will advise the members status of membership.
A member using the name of our organization for business cards, resume or other marketing material or advertising must be used in the opinion of the board, in an ethical manner and must not misrepresent the integrity of the organization nor be used to mislead anyone. The applicant understands that payment is for membership and is aware that terms, conditions and pricing are subject to change without notice. Membership is a privilege not a right. The applicant has read completely and understands these terms and conditions. The membership application is subject to the approval of the board of directors and may be approved at their sole discretion. The applicant understands that the N.A.E.B can investigate the information provided on the application as to ensure its validity.
